Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Zestock (https://zestock.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including businesses, staff, and affiliate partners. We reserve the right to update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Zestock is a cloud-based inventory management and POS platform for businesses in Uganda and beyond, including stock tracking, sales management, purchase orders, expense tracking, and reporting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

To use Zestock you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential, and notify us of any unauthorised account use. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Plans: Zestock offers free and paid plans billed monthly or annually in UGX.

Payment: Processed via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or other supported methods. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions only. No refunds for partial periods or after 7 days. Contact legal@zestock.app.

You agree not to use Zestock to: violate any laws; upload fraudulent or illegal content; disrupt the Service; attempt unauthorised access; use automated scraping tools; reverse engineer any part of the Service; resell or sublicence the Service without written consent; or manage illegal goods or activities. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You retain ownership of all data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for data accuracy and legal compliance. Upon termination, data is retained for 90 days before deletion — you may request an export during this period.

Approved affiliates earn commission on referred businesses. Commission rates are set by Zestock and may change with 30 days' notice. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in disqualification. Cashouts are processed within 7 business days. Commissions may be reversed for refunded payments.

All Zestock content — logo, design, code, and graphics — is owned by Zestock and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime. Zestock is not liable for losses arising from Service unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zestock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You may cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at period end. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
